Welcome to Level One by Lagree!

We are a husband-and-wife duo from Austria, Adela & Jürgen.

On Dec. 24th, 2019 we spontaneously decided to change our lives and immediately started to plan our move to Miami. Unfortunately COVID-19 hit the entire world, so 2 years later than expected, we left everything behind, packed our 11 suitcases (most of them were Adela ́s:-) ) and moved to Miami, where we finally opened our beloved studio in November 2021.

We both are personal trainers and certified Lagree instructors with a passion for what we do and love to share it with our clients & Level One family.
