How often should I take Level One Lagree classes?
• It depends on your fitness level
• We recommend 3 to 4 times a week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Some students love the workout 5 or 6 times a week. This is generally not recommended as your muscles need time to repair to get the best results. Listen to your body.
Do I need to arrive early for my first class?
YES, please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts so you can get a proper introduction to the workout as well as to the EVO-Megaformer machine.

• Our class sizes are small and we give top priority to the clients who have arrived in the studio on time. We lock the door at the start of the class so that clients are not distracted by late arrivals. Please be sure to arrive on time. We understand sometimes there is traffic so please plan accordingly. If there is an existing client who is waiting, your spot will be given away to that client. If you are new to our studio and you don't arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class to receive a proper introduction to the workout and to the machines, you may not be able to participate in the class.

We recommend our pregnant clients to take a private class, as we can focus on your needs, and to avoid exercises too risky for the particular trimester of your pregnancy.

• A private session is the perfect class for you. Simply send an email to email@example.com to book a time and date of your choice.
