The studio owners and instructors are a husband-and-wife duo from Austria.

On December 24th , 2019, they spontaneously decided to change their lives and immediately started to plan their move to Miami. Unfortunately COVID-19 hit the entire world, so 2 years later than expected, they left everything behind, packed their 11 suitcases (most of them were Adela ́s:-) ) and moved to Miami, where they finally opened their beloved studio in November 2021.

Juergen and Adela Lampl are both personal trainers and certified Lagree instructors who have a passion for what they do and love to share it with their clients.
